
Eugene AYSO Region 53 Refund Policy
In order to receive a refund, registered players must withdraw from
the AYSO program prior to the first game in the season for which they
are registered. For FALL season 2008, this date is Saturday,
September 20, 2008. A $15.00 fee will be withheld for processing
each refund request & payment.
To request a refund, please submit a written request that includes the
following information:
- player’s first & last name
- player’s date of birth
- parent’s name & address (for check mailing)

Please allow 3 to 5 weeks to receive a refund.
The postmark on the envelope provides the date of submission of the
request. If the request is postmarked AFTER September 20, 2008,
the refund request will be denied.
Eugene AYSO cannot process a refund without the receipt of a
written request – there are no exceptions to this rule.
