
Eugene AYSO Region 53 Refund Policy
In order to receive a refund, registered players must withdraw from
the AYSO program prior to the first game in the season for which they
are registered. For Spring 2010, this date is Saturday, April 3rd, 2010.
Refund requests must be made be made in writing and sent to the
AYSO office via e-mail or regular postal service mail. There will be a
$15.00 processing fee withheld from each refund payment. The
exception to this is in situations in which we were unable to place
your player on an age appropriate team with a practice location within
10 miles of your home address.
If you would like to request a refund, please submit the following info:
- player’s first & last name
- player’s date of birth OR division
ALL checks require 2 signatures & refunds are typically processed at
monthly meetings, so please allow 3 to 5 weeks to receive a refund.
The postmark on the envelope provides the date of submission of the
request. If the request is postmarked AFTER April 3, 2010, the
refund request will be denied.
Please remember, Eugene AYSO cannot process a refund without
the receipt of a written request.
No refunds can or will be given in person at the AYSO office. We do
not have signed checks waiting on the premises.
